Individual & Family coverage ending 2025

Beginning January 1, 2026, Health Alliance™Medical Plans, Inc. will no longer offer Individual and Family plan health insurance coverage. Health Alliance will accept new Individual and Family plan enrollments through the remainder of 2025, but coverage will end on December 31, 2025.

This does not impact current coverage. As long as members continue to pay monthly premiums to Health Alliance, coverage will continue through December 31, 2025.

Next Steps: To avoid any gaps in your health insurance coverage, Health Alliance encourages you to enroll in a plan during the annual federal Open Enrollment Period for 2026. This period generally begins November 1st. To have coverage starting January 1, 2026, you will need to enroll in a new plan prior to December 15, 2025.
