The Health Alliance Coordinated Care Plan (CCP) provides lower costs and flexibility for members and significant savings for employers. CCP members select a Primary Care Physician to coordinate in-network care, but are free to seek care from any provider. However, with significantly higher deductibles on out-of-network services, members have an incentive to seek care in the CCP network.
